Bet Smart Sports, LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Who We Are

Bet Machine is a sports analytics and picks platform operated by Bet Smart Sports, LLC. We provide statistical models, data-driven picks, and sports information for informational and entertainment purposes. We are not a sportsbook and do not accept wagers of any kind.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. By using Bet Machine, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Sports betting involves inherent uncertainty. Our models and picks are based on statistical analysis and historical data — they do not guarantee any particular outcome. Past performance of our picks is not indicative of future results. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any content on this platform.

6. Geographic Restrictions and Legal Compliance

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Bet Machine offers paid subscription tiers that provide access to premium picks and analytics. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable rate. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

8. Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@betmachine.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform
  • Resell, redistribute, or republish our picks or content without written permission
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Bet Machine — including models, picks, data, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Bet Smart Sports, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written consent.

11. Third-Party Links and Affiliate Content

This site contains links to third-party websites, including sportsbooks and other services. These links may be affiliate links through which we earn compensation. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bet Smart Sports, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of law principles thereunder. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers via email or in-app notice.
