Refund Policy

Overview
Bet Machine offers subscription-based access to sports analytics, statistical models, and picks. Because our content is delivered digitally and access begins immediately upon purchase, we maintain a limited refund policy as described below.
Subscription Plans
Bet Machine currently offers the following subscription options:
- Weekly Pro — billed weekly
- Monthly Pro — billed monthly
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@betmachine.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features through the remainder of the period you have already paid for.
We do not charge cancellation fees.
Refund Eligibility
Weekly subscriptions: Refunds are not available for weekly plans once a billing period has begun, as content access is immediate and full delivery occurs within the week.
Monthly subscriptions: If you contact us within 48 hours of your initial purchase or renewal and have not accessed any Pro picks or premium features during that period, we will issue a full refund at our discretion.
Refunds outside of these windows are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the service, please contact us and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
No Refunds for Picks Outcomes
Bet Machine provides analytical picks and models for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, winning record, or return on investment. Refunds will not be issued based on the performance of picks or dissatisfaction with results.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
